Who is your personal data controller?

Where did we get your data from?
We received your data from you in connection with our cooperation or based on your consent.
What is the purpose of and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Company?
We can process your personal data, as it is necessary to conclude and perform an agreement binding upon us, including:
- to provide services electronically;
- to process complaints;
- to process your letters to us (e.g. via the contact form);
- to contact you, including in connection with the services provided;
We also process your personal data for the purposes set out below, based on the Company’s legitimate interest, i.e.:
- the security of our services;
- debt collection; court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
- statistical analyses;
- data storage for archival,
- tax and accounting purposes and for discharging other public service obligations under the generally applicable laws.
Only if you give your consent, the Company also processes your personal data in order to save data in cookies and to collect data from websites and mobile applications, as well as for other purposes indicated directly in your statement of consent to the processing of data.
Do you need to provide us with your personal data and what data do we process?
The Company requires you to provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with you and perform it. You provide us with: full name, residential address, telephone number and e-mail. If you refuse to do so, we will unfortunately not be able to conclude the agreement with you. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, for example, for accounting or tax purposes. You do not need to provide your data for other purposes.
What are your rights against the Company with respect to the data processed?
You have the right of access, to rectification and erasure of your data, and to restriction of their processing, to their portability, to object to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to processing of your personal data.
As regards data which we process based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
When can you object to the processing of your data?
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when they are processed based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is made legitimate by your particular situation.
Who do we share your personal data with?
The Company may share your personal data with the Nickel group’s companies affiliated by staff and capital, and also with couriers, service providers and other entities, if it is necessary to perform the agreement. The Company may transfer your personal data to public authorities.
How long do we store your personal data?
The Company stores your personal data as long as it is necessary to perform the agreement and as long as it is possible to pursue claims in connection with its performance and for the purposes of public service settlements, up to 6 years of the end of cooperation. We may also store your data for the purposes of abuse and fraud prevention, for statistical and archiving purposes for 10 years of the end of cooperation or of any event as a result of which such processing is necessary.
Do we transfer your data to non-EEA states?
The Company will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area, except for their transfer to Google LLC and Trello Inc., based on appropriate legal safeguards, i.e. standard contractual clauses of personal data protection approved by the European Commission.
Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
Your personal data will neither be subject to automated processing nor to profiling.
