The system combines data from various sources, such as an e-mail, a telephone, a calendar, draws conclusions and uses them to help increase sales opportunities by reminding and suggesting the seller to take specific actions. Additionally, all events can be automatically entered in the CRM system. Gamification mechanisms make users adopt habits related to running sales activities, e.g. systematic and proactive contacts with clients, monitoring progress in narrowing the sales funnel, meeting set deadlines and monitoring the achievement of sales targets (e.g. “cold calls” number).
